Booking Conditions and Information
Please could you ensure that your booking(s) is / are confirmed in writing with this Booking Form and that you attach a cheque for the full balance in advance of Master Class.
Essential information and instructions will be sent to the delegate on receipt of booking.
Travel and accommodation is the responsibility of the delegate and is not included in the price of the Master Class. If required Deaville&Co Event Management are happy to supply information on local hotels and travel without prejudice.
Payment
Payment of the full fee is required before the master class and cheque made payable to ‘Quest for Excellence’ or paid on-line in advance of Master Class. The fee includes refreshments.
Cancellation / Re-scheduled event
We are sorry, once your booking has been confirmed the fee is non refundable; if you are not able to attend we would be happy for you to send another person from the same company / organisation.
Quest for Excellence reserves the right to reschedule the Master Class, in which event we will make every effort to accommodate delegates on an alternative date or to refund payment in full.
Quest for Excellence reserves the right to cancel the Master Class without prior notice. In this situation we will refund payment in full.
